* We offer homes, townhouses, condo's and apartments for rent. Our available property listings naturally change as we rent properties and other properties become available.
* We have 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom homes, each individually unique with various features; as an example some have a den, multiple baths, a garage and fireplaces; all offered in a wide range of prices.
* If we do not currently have something available in which you might be interested please contact us by phone or e-mail with information for what size, price, and area you are looking. We will try to help you as additional properties become available.
* We offer reasonable application fees and will keep your application on file for thirty days. This will benefit you so that when you have found a property in which you are interested, your application is readily available for review and approval.
* Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will assist you before and after you have located your new home. We try to make sure that all tenants are comfortable and happy. There are several ways to contact our office depending on your preference. We also provide flexible office hours including Saturday.

Maintenance
* On call maintenance is provided as well as emergency maintenance 24 hours a day. We know that moving is a difficult transition and we try to make this process as smooth as possible.
