We obtain leases with prospective tenants after a thorough screening to insure your property is occupied by the best possible tenants.

Upon tenant’s application approval we require and obtain Security Deposits held in escrow.We collect rent from tenants and issue owner's a monthly statement of rent received, less disbursements as applicable. Owner's monthly statements may include individual updates on tenants and notes pertaining to the care of the property as well as an explanation for any deductions.

We perform periodic inspections of the interior and exterior of all properties and have long term working relationship with city inspectors and housing authorities.
We provide estimates for all major repairs and have in house maintenance as well as a company list of various reasonably priced contractors. We oversee & pay contractors upon inspection and completion of work.
